Introduction

Ceramic fiber blanket has excellent specialties of low thermal conductivity, good heat stability, thermal shock resistance and tensile strength, good thermal insulation, fire proof and noise reduction. It is widely used in power generation, iron and steel, aluminum/n-ferrous metals, glass, ceramics, aerospace, super alloys, petrochemical, semiconductors, cement, automotive, domestic appliances etc. Temperature level is 1100-1430℃ (2012℉--2600℉).

Application Of Ceramic Fiber Blanket

The ceramic fiber blanket wraps the furnace walls and roof with its flexibility, is resistant to high temperatures and reduces heat loss. It is suitable for use in equipment such as metallurgical furnaces and heat treatment furnaces for insulation.

As the inner lining material for heating furnaces and kilns, ceramic fiber blankets maintain their heat insulation properties during frequent opening and closing, thereby reducing heat loss.

The ceramic fiber blanket is laid on the outer wall of the petrochemical reactor. It can resist the radiation from high-temperature media and provides a lightweight insulation solution for the equipment.

It is used for fireproof sealing of building curtain walls and cable shafts. The ceramic fiber blanket does not burn when exposed to fire, meeting the requirements for heat insulation and fire resistance time limits stipulated in fire protection regulatio

Fill the gaps and irregular interfaces of the boiler combustion chamber with ceramic fiber blankets. These blankets possess both fire resistance and buffering elasticity, effectively preventing the leakage of high-temperature smoke.
