Introduction

Calcium Silicate Insulation Pipe is a white hard new insulation material, it has light weight, high strength, small heat, high temperature, corrosion resistance, can cut and others features. Widely used in power, metallurgy, petrochemical, cement manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding pipeline,wall roof insulation,fire insulation and other industries equipments.

High strength: in the condition of similar bulk density, it is the highest strength insulation material in inorganic hard insulation material

Heat resistance: no deformation in working temperature

Thermal insulation: lower thermal conductivity than other hard block insulation material

No asbestos: avoid various diseases caused by the asbestos fiber and other harmful substances

Application Of Calcium Silicate Pipe Insulation

Calcium Silicate Insulation Pipe is made of calcium silicate powder by thermoplastic reaction, and then mixed with inorganic fibers to form a kind of insulation material.

It is a non-asbestos high-performance insulation material, used in power stations, petrochemical plants, oil refineries, heat distribution systems and treatment plants with heat pipe system , provide high-quality thermal insulation protection.

External insulation such as boiler, turbine, duct and piping, precision casting shell etc
