Ceramic fiber textile includes ceramic fiber cloth, strap, twisted rope, round braided rope and square braided rope. All are made from our high quality ceramic fiber material. They can be used for high temperature applications up to 2300°F. The rope is reinforced with fiberglass filament, and optional Inconel/alloy steel wire. Ceramic fiber textiles (cloth, tape and rope) contain a certain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.

Application Of Ceramic Fiber Rope

Used for the high-temperature sealing of furnace and kiln doors in steel and glass factories, it prevents heat loss and enhances energy efficiency.

As the high-temperature sealing rope for the stirring shaft of the petrochemical reaction vessel, it can withstand corrosive media and temperatures above 1000°C.

As a fire-resistant sealing rope in the manhole door of the power plant boiler, it can withstand the thermal shock caused by frequent start-ups and stops and maintain its sealing performance.

The high-temperature cables used to wrap industrial heating equipment are designed to prevent the wiring from aging due to overheating. They are suitable for applications such as ovens and heat treatment furnaces.
