We use alumina and crystalline silica with a purity of ≥ 99%, combined with zirconia reinforcement components, to make ceramic fiber blankets through special processes. The long-term use temperature can reach 1400 ℃, and the short-term temperature resistance can exceed 1600 ℃, fully suitable for the high temperature environment of spacecraft re-entry into the atmosphere or engine operation. At the same time, through ultra-fine fiber blowing technology (fiber diameter 3-4 μ m) and high-density needle punching molding, the product has a volume density as low as 128kg/m ³, which is 15% lighter than similar products in the industry, effectively helping spacecraft reduce weight. In addition, its thermal conductivity at 200 ℃ is as low as 0.035W/(m · k), which can efficiently block heat transfer and ensure stable operation of equipment in the cabin. ​

Not only that, Rosetexwool can also customize products with different thicknesses (10-50mm) and widths (1200-2000mm) according to the needs of aerospace projects, and the dimensional tolerance is controlled within ± 0.5mm to meet the requirements of precision assembly. The product has passed SGS aerospace grade material testing and does not contain heavy metals or volatile substances, meeting strict environmental standards. ​
