  • Thermal Insulation Performance: The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.056 W/m·K, 20% lower than that of mineral wool materials, effectively reducing heat transfer to the outside.
  • Temperature Resistance: It can withstand high temperatures of 650°C for a long time and maintain stable performance under the working condition of 500°C.
  • Corrosion Resistance: The chemical stability is enhanced through a special formula, which can resist the long-term erosion of sulfur compounds.
  • Installation Method: A segmented winding design is adopted, combined with high-temperature resistant adhesives and stainless steel strapping bands, to ensure that the insulation layer fits closely to the pipeline surface and avoid thermal bridge effects.

Ultra-long Service Life: With excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, the insulation pipes do not need to be replaced within 8 years, which extends the service life by nearly 3 times compared with traditional materials, and significantly reduces the maintenance frequency and downtime.
