Bottom insulation layer of electrolytic cell: high temperature resistance requirement, it is recommended to choose 1050 ℃ high temperature type (density 220-270kg/m ³)
Furnace pit and furnace mouth insulation layer: For medium and low temperature areas, choose the 650 ℃ type (density 170-220kg/m ³)
Aluminum liquid flow channel/distributor backing: requires resistance to aluminum liquid infiltration, can choose high-purity type (density above 800kg/m ³)
Thickness selection suggestion: 48mm is a medium to thick specification in aluminum plant insulation, with insulation effect better than 30mm and slightly thinner than 50mm, making it a cost-effective choice. If higher insulation effect is required, it is recommended to choose 50mm; if space is limited, 40mm can be selected.
