Ceramic fiber blanket and calcium silicate board have been successfully sent to cement plants in India, empowering efficient production

In the maintenance project of cement kilns, high-temperature resistant calcium silicate board is a key material to ensure efficient insulation and long-term stable operation of the kiln body. This board is synthesized from high-purity silicon and calcium raw materials through high-temperature and high-pressure hydrothermal synthesis, and has excellent properties such as temperature resistance up to 1050 ℃, low thermal conductivity (≤ 0.06 W/(m · K) @ 600 ℃), high compressive strength, non flammability and non toxicity, and asbestos free.

Recently, a transport convoy loaded with ceramic fiber blankets from  Rosewool Insulation Refractory Co.,Ltd successfully arrived at the construction site of a large power plant. Zirconium containing ceramic fiber blanket is a high-end high-temperature insulation material, with a long-term temperature resistance of 1260-1350 ℃ and a short-term temperature resistance of up to 1500 ℃, which is more than 300 ℃ higher than that of ordinary ceramic fiber blanket. In high-temperature scenarios in steel plants, it has core advantages such as low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, thermal shock resistance, slag corrosion resistance, and chemical stability, which can effectively save energy, stabilize temperature, and extend equipment life.
