Aluminum silicate spinning blanket (also known as ceramic fiber spinning blanket) is a flexible refractory insulation material made from high-purity aluminum silicate by spinning method (also known as centrifugal spinning method). Pour the molten high-purity aluminosilicate solution (mainly composed of alumina and silica) into a high-speed rotating spinning reel or roller.

1. Excellent fiber quality
High toughness and low slag ball content: Long fibers entangle more firmly during subsequent cotton laying and needle punching processes, endowing the blanket with excellent tensile strength and mechanical vibration resistance. At the same time, the process of spinning produces fewer non fibrous slag balls (non fiber impurities), and the slag ball content (>0.25mm) can usually be controlled below 5%, improving the purity and insulation efficiency of the product.

This makes the spinning blanket have lower thermal shrinkage rate and higher high-temperature stability, making it less prone to deformation and pulverization under long-term high-temperature use.

The uniform distribution of fiber diameter can form a more uniform and fine pore structure, effectively suppressing air convection and thermal radiation. Therefore, under the same bulk density and thickness, the thermal conductivity of the spun silk blanket is usually lower than that of the blown blanket, resulting in better insulation effect.

Due to its long fiber length and high strength, the spinning blanket is less prone to breakage and falling off during cutting, folding, wrapping, and installation processes, making construction more convenient, reducing installation losses, and having less skin irritation to workers.
5. High requirements for production process control
The spinning process requires extremely precise control of parameters such as melt viscosity, temperature, and spinning disc speed to ensure stable and consistent fiber quality. This makes the investment and technological threshold for production lines relatively high.
6. Widely applicable
