1. Excellent temperature resistance performance
The maximum operating temperature of hard silica calcium silicate board can reach 1000-1050 ℃, far exceeding that of ordinary tobermorite type (650 ℃).
2. Low thermal conductivity, significant energy-saving effect
The thermal conductivity is usually ≤ 0.045-0.056 W/(m · K) (70-100 ℃). The porous structure of perovskite effectively suppresses heat conduction and convection, and the energy-saving rate in high-temperature fields has been measured to be up to 30% -50%.
3. Lightweight and high-strength, easy to construct
The bulk density can be as low as 170kg/m ³, greatly reducing equipment load. When the bulk density is similar, it has the highest strength among inorganic hard insulation materials and can be cut and drilled freely, making it suitable for the construction of irregular pipelines.
4. Safe and environmentally friendly, Class A non combustible
The material does not contain asbestos, formaldehyde, or radioactivity, and its combustion performance reaches A1 level. It is non combustible and does not produce toxic smoke when exposed to fire.
5. Good durability
Long term use without the powdering phenomenon similar to ceramic fiber felt, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, not affected by moisture or insect damage, and has a long service life.
