High temperature resistant calcium silicate board is a new type of thermal insulation material made of silica (such as quartz sand powder, diatomite, etc.), calcium oxide (such as slaked lime, carbide slag, etc.) and reinforced fiber (such as alkali resistant glass fiber, etc.) as the main raw materials through mixing, heating, gel, molding, autoclave hardening, drying and other processes.

What are the characteristics of high-temperature resistant calcium silicate board products?
  • It has excellent high-temperature resistance: its operating temperature can reach up to 1050℃, and it can be used for a long time in high-temperature environments without affecting its own performance, meeting the usage requirements of high-temperature industrial equipment such as cement kilns, steel, metallurgical furnaces, power plants, glass kilns, chemical plants, electrolytic aluminum plants, sugar factories, etc.
  • Excellent thermal insulation effect: The high-temperature calcium silicate board has a very low thermal conductivity coefficient. At 1000℃, the thermal conductivity coefficient is less than or equal to 0.065 W/m·K, which can effectively prevent heat transfer and reduce heat loss, helping enterprises achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.
  • High strength and good flexural resistance: Through process improvement, this board has a high compressive strength and flexural strength. It is not prone to breaking into pieces during construction cutting, reducing construction waste. At the same time, it is not easy to deform in high-temperature environments, can support refractory materials, and ensure the stability of the refractory structure.
  • Safety and environmental protection: Its main raw materials are calcium hydroxide and quartz sand. It does not contain toxic substances such as asbestos, sulfur, and chlorine.   • Long service life: Due to its high strength, high-temperature calcium silicate board is not prone to damage during use. Moreover, unlike ceramic fiber felt, it does not experience powdering or a significant decline in thermal insulation performance after long-term use. Its service life can reach over 10 years.

  1. Cement industry: mainly used in the third air duct, grate cooler, decomposition furnace, kiln hood and other parts of cement plants, playing a role in insulation and reducing energy consumption.
