1. Double sided adhesive coating (mandatory! Insufficient adhesion on one side)
Boiler base surface: evenly brushed with a brush, thickness 0.5-1mm, fully covered without missing coating
Rare earth insulation cotton veneer: same brushing, edge full coating, middle point coating/strip coating (spacing 100-150mm)
Environment 25 ℃/60% humidity: Let it air dry for 5-10 minutes
Low temperature/high humidity: extended to 15-20 minutes
Standard: Lightly touch the adhesive surface with fingertips, sticking to the hand but not pulling or peeling off the adhesive (in the initial dry state)
3. Paste insulation cotton
Alignment: Align the insulation cotton with the base surface and spread it from bottom to top and from the middle to the periphery
Compaction: Press evenly with a rubber hammer/trowel to eliminate air, without hollowing or wrinkles
Overlap: Overlap 50-100mm at the joint, and lay staggered seams (to avoid thermal bridges caused by continuous seams)
Fixed: Use 4-6 insulation nails and covers per square meter to prevent detachment
