Our Rosewool Insulation Refractory Co., Ltd.recently shipped a batch of high-quality ceramic fiber blankets and plates to a well-known steel plant in Serbia, which received high recognition from customers. The delivered ceramic fiber blankets are mainly long fiber spun blankets with excellent toughness. Its maximum operating temperature can reach 1350 ℃, and its thermal conductivity at 1000 ℃ is as low as 0.22w/mk, which can effectively reduce heat loss in high-temperature areas of steel plants (such as around furnaces and boilers), thereby significantly reducing the energy cost of the factory. Its bulk density is between 96 and 128 kg/m ³, lightweight and easy to install, greatly improving the construction efficiency of steel plants. Ceramic fiber board has a fire resistance temperature of up to 1260 ℃ and exhibits extremely strong thermal shock resistance. Even in the case of drastic temperature changes during steel production, they can still work stably, ensuring long-term reliable use. Due to the low slag ball content, these two products have a longer service life, bringing higher cost-effectiveness to steel plants.
