How effective is the insulation function of 400KG ceramic fiber cotton cement plant material? 400kg/m ³ ceramic fiber cotton is an excellent material for insulation, sealing, and wear resistance under high temperature, high dust, and high wind speed conditions in cement plants. It is more energy-efficient and durable than ordinary cotton. It is a high-temperature, wear-resistant, and long-lasting solution, much more durable than ordinary low-density cotton, especially suitable for harsh working conditions such as kiln head, kiln tail, preheater, and tertiary air duct. For areas with particularly high temperatures (close to 1300 ℃+), it is recommended to use high-purity or zirconium containing 400kg ceramic fiber cotton.
