Aluminum foil rock wool pipe shell model and specifications? Rock wool pipe shell is a commonly used material for pipeline insulation and heat preservation. The specifications and models are mainly divided into three core dimensions: density, pipe diameter (adapted to the outer diameter of the pipeline), thickness, and length. Aluminum foil rock wool pipe shell is an insulation material composed of a composite aluminum foil reflective layer on the outer wall of ordinary rock wool pipe shell. It combines the thermal insulation properties of rock wool with the moisture-proof and reflective heat radiation functions of aluminum foil.   • Large diameter profiled aluminum foil pipe shell: it is suitable for large diameter pipes above φ 325 (such as discharge pipe of chemical storage tank and main steam pipe of power plant). The aluminum foil layer can be thickened to 0.12mm as required to enhance the anti-aging ability.
  • High density aluminum foil tube shell: density ≥ 120kg/m ³, excellent compressive and flexural performance, suitable for overhead pipelines and industrial equipment pipelines with frequent vibration.
  • Flame retardant aluminum foil composite layer: Flame retardant adhesive is added between aluminum foil and rock wool, which does not release toxic gases at high temperatures and is suitable for building HVAC pipelines with strict fire protection requirements.
