What is the high temperature resistance of zirconium containing ceramic fiber blanket? Zirconia containing ceramic fiber blanket is a high-performance high-temperature insulation material, which has significantly better high-temperature resistance than ordinary ceramic fibers (such as standard or high-purity fibers), mainly due to the addition of zirconia (ZrO ₂), effectively improving the material's structural stability and resistance to crystal phase transition at high temperatures.

Zirconia containing ceramic fiber blanket is a flexible insulation material with the first tier of high temperature resistance. The addition of zirconia achieves a balance between high temperature creep resistance and low thermal conductivity. In working conditions below 1300 ℃, its comprehensive performance (insulation efficiency, stability, and service life) is superior to most traditional refractory fibers, making it one of the preferred solutions for harsh high-temperature environments.   • Good chemical stability: suitable for neutral or weak oxidizing/reducing atmospheres, but not resistant to strong acids and bases, requiring a protective layer.
